Who we are
We offer a service to businesses that is currently not being offered by anyone else. Much like everyone else claiming we are here to help, that is the case with us, but in a slightly different and independent way.
By now, you probably are thinking you might be insolvent and need some sort of help. Like a loan broker who takes a proposal to the bank to get it approved — we are an insolvency broker who guides you and leads you to the right direction. and connects you with a panel of different liquidators, solicitors, and financiers, that we work with closely to help you through the maze of turning your business around, if possible.
We have the expertise and the experience, and we have a network of reliable insolvency professionals that we’ve completed successful transactions with all these years.
Just to be clear, we are not pre insolvency advisors that partake in high pressure selling tactics and encourage questionable transactions prior to you liquidating the company. We do not accept commissions from liquidators or anyone else for that matter.
We will charge only if there is something for us to do. Otherwise it’s a free phone call or site visit and let you know which liquidation firm would be suitable for your business depending on the industry and size of your business. It may even depend on whether we know a liquidator is busy, and may not do justice to your current situation.
Some, or most of our work may indeed come after the liquidation. This may involve speaking on your behalf to the liquidator, organising valuers suitable to the liquidator, or engaging solicitors, experienced in fighting liquidator claims or personal guarantees. This is where our years of experience in the industry really counts and negotiating on your behalf can save you money. This is when we will charge you for our service – when real value is achieved, based on an outcome.
